Flaxseed and canola provide animals with a high quality source of protein and Omega 3 fatty acids. This includes alpha-linolenic (ALA), the essential Omega 3 fatty acid. EXL's proprietary process enhances stability of the products' profile. This process preserves the product's natural enzymes as well as stabilizes the fatty acid profile. This delivers a product low in ash, resulting in maximizing digestibility of protein and fats by the animal, enhancing the Omega fats transferred and stabilized in the meat as inter-muscular fat.
